Pavel Široký is an experienced attorney who has been involved in many important projects in the Czech Republic and the CEE region, including counsel to OMV Group in connection with the sale of its service station network to Unipetrol RPA, counsel to US-based Värde Partners in acquiring the Boscolo Hotels chain, counsel to minority shareholders in connection with takeover bids (for example, shares of Český Telecom), and counsel in connection with shareholder squeeze-outs (for example, in ArcelorMittal Ostrava).
