Another Successful Acquisition

Our law firm provided comprehensive transactional advice to a client during the acquisition of a company specializing in the production of packaging materials. The transaction value is not public, but it reached hundreds of millions of Czech crowns. As part of the acquisition, we provided legal advice that included a detailed legal due diligence of the target company, preparation of all acquisition-related documentation, and support in negotiating the terms of the transaction.
