Our law firm provided legal advisory services in connection with the acquisition of a major development project in Trmice, near Ústí nad Labem. The “Ústí Towers” project will bring up to 300 modern residential units to the region through the reconstruction of two panel buildings and will offer residents unique amenities. The project has already been reported on by idnes.cz.
Our role was to conduct legal due diligence, draft and negotiate the contractual documentation, and ensure the smooth progress of the acquisition from its early stages through to successful completion. We are pleased to have been part of a project that aspires to raise the standard of housing in the region and contribute to its further development.
